At Valora Oil, we stand behind the purity and quality of every product we make. If something isn’t right with your order, we will make it right. No runaround, no complicated process, just honest customer service.

Return Eligibility

You can refund and return a product within 30 days of delivery if:

  • Product received damaged or broken.
  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Product leaking or seal broken on arrival.
  • Allergic reaction (with photo evidence).

You can not refund and return a product if:

  • Changed your mind after opening.
  • Product used more than 3 times.
  • Return requested after 30 days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Products that have been used more than twice.
  • Products without original packaging.
  • Products purchased during a clearance or final sale.
  • Free gifts or bonus items received with an order.
  • Digital products or guides

How to Request a Return

Returning is simple. Just follow these 3 steps:

Step 1: Contact Us Within 30 Days

WhatsApp us at (+92) 335 056 4333 or email info@valoraoil.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Your name and phone number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photo or video of the product issue

Step 2: We Review Your Request

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours (Mon–Sat, 9AM–6PM). We may ask for additional photos if needed.

Step 3: Arrange the Return

Once approved:

  • For eligible returns → you drop off at your nearest courier office (TCS or Leopards).
  • Return shipping cost is covered by Valora Oil for damaged/wrong items only.

Refund Methods & Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • JazzCash / EasyPaisa will take 2-3 business days.
  • Bank transfer will take 3-5 business days.
  • Coupen will be shared with in 24 hours and valid for 30 days.

We do not refund original delivery charges unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Do not open the package further.
  2. Take a clear photo or video of the damaged packaging immediately.
  3. WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery.
  4. We will arrange a full replacement or refund, no questions asked.

Orders reported after 48 hours of delivery for transit damage may not be eligible for a claim.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Returns

For COD orders that are returned:

  • Refunds are processed via JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer only.
  • Cash refunds are not available.
  • Please provide your account details when contacting us
